राजकीय विद्यालयाें की पोशाक में होगा परिवर्तन, प्रबोधक बनेेंगे वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक, कम्प्यूटर शिक्षकों का बनेगा पृथक कैडर, रीट में एक ही पेपर रखे जाने की अभिशंषा , वाणिज्य विद्यार्थियों को भी मौका
जयपुर, 8 सितम्बर। शिक्षा मंत्री श्री गोविन्द सिंह डोटासरा ने रीट परीक्षाओं की समस्त प्रक्रियाएं त्वरित पूर्ण कर परीक्षा तिथियां जारी करने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने अधिकारियाें को रीट में आरक्षण व्यवस्था के साथ ही राज्य में लागू इडब्ल्यूएस आरक्षण संबंधित प्रावधान भी रखे जाने, रीट परीक्षा में एक ही पेपर रखने, एनसीटी के पाठ्यक्रम अनुसार परीक्षाएं करवाने, वाणिज्य के विद्यार्थियों के लिए भी परीक्षा में अवसर रखने आदि के सबंध में स्पष्ट अभिशंषा पंचायती राज विभाग एवं मुख्यमंत्री स्तर पर प्रेषित किए जाने के लिए निर्देश दिए।
श्री डोटासरा मंगलवार को शिक्षा संकुल में रीट परीक्षा के संबंध में आयोजित विशेष समीक्षा बैठक में संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि रीट में विकलांग, महिला, परित्यक्ता आदि आठ निर्धारित श्रेणियों के अभ्यर्थियों को प्राप्तांक आधार में वरीयता दिए जाने, रीट में एक ही पेपर रखने आदि के संबध में भी मुख्यमंत्री एवं पंचायती राज स्तर पर पत्रावली में अभिशंषा त्वरित भेजे जाने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा में वाणिज्य विषय के विद्यार्थियाें को भी समाजिक विज्ञान के अंतर्गत सम्मिलित किया जाएगा। इसी तरह परीक्षा में पूर्व में 70 अनुपात 30 के रूप में जो भर्ती प्रक्रिया सम्पांदित करवायी जाती थी, उस अनुपात को भी कम किए जाने के संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री एवं पंचायती राज विभाग स्तर पर अभिशंषा प्रेषित करने के लिए अधिकारियाें को हिदायत दी।
श्री डोटासरा ने शिक्षक स्थानान्तरण नीति को प्रदेश में लागू किए जाने के संबंध में नियम प्रक्रिया के तहत कार्यवाही कर उसे केबिनेट में रखे जाने के संबंध में कार्यवाही करने के लिए भी अधिकारियाें को निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री की बजट घोषणाओं और जन घोषणा पत्र के शिक्षा विभाग संबंधित बिन्दुओं की क्रियान्वितति के लिए भी अधिकारियाें को गंभीर होकर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।
कम्प्यूटर शिक्षकों का पृथक कैडर : Education News
बैठक में श्री डोटासरा ने कम्प्यूटर शिक्षकों का पृथक काडर बनाए जाने के लिए भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत द्वारा इस संबंध में लिए गए बजट निर्णय की अनुपालना में अब तक हुई प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि कम्प्यूटर शिक्षकों का पृथक काडर बनाने संबंधित नियम-प्रक्रिया त्वरित पूर्ण की जाए।
प्रबोधकवरिष्ठ प्रबोधक में होंगे पदोन्नत
शिक्षा मंत्री Education News ने प्रबोधक पदोंकी पदोन्नति के संबंध में भी बैठक में विशेष रूप से चर्चा की। उन्हाेंने कहा प्रबोधक पद को वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक में पदोन्नत किए जाने के लिए जल्द कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्हाेंने इस संबंध में अधिकारियाें को निर्देश भी दिए।
राजकीय विद्यालयाें की पोशाक में होगा परिवर्तन
बैठक में श्री डोटासरा ने राजकीय विद्यालयाें के विद्यार्थियों की पोशाक में परिवर्तन करने के संबध में भी त्वरित कार्यवाही करने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।
अंग्रेजी माध्यम विद्यालयों की होगी प्रभावी मोनिटरिंग
श्री डोटासरा ने महात्मा गॉंधी अंग्रेजी माध्यम विद्यालयों की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि इन विद्यालयों के ंप्रति अभिभावकों ने विशेष रूचि दिखायी है। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालयो में गुणवत्ता की शिक्षा विद्यार्थियों को मिले, इसके लिए इनमें पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षकों के शिक्षण की प्रभावी मोनिटरिंग की जाएगी। इस संबंध में शिक्षा अधिकारियों से माहवार रिपोर्ट ली जाएगी ताकि गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण में यह देश के बेहतरीन विद्यालय बन सके।

Education News Jaipur, September 8. The Minister of Education, Shri Govind Singh Dotara has instructed the officials to issue examination dates by speedy completion of all the procedures of RAIT examinations. He directed the officers to be sent to the Panchayati Raj Department and the Chief Minister level in connection with the reservation system in rait as well as the provisions relating to EWS reservation applicable in the state, placing the same paper in rait examination, conducting examinations as per the syllabus of NCT, having opportunities in examination for commercial students, etc.
Shri Dotasra was addressing the special review meeting on rait examination in the education complex on Tuesday. He said that in rait, eight prescribed categories of candidates, women, grass, etc., Education News were also instructed by the officials to expedite the identification of the letters at the Chief Minister and Panchayati Raj level in respect of preference in score basis, placing the same paper in rait etc. He said that the students of commerce will also be covered under social sciences in the examination. Similarly, in the examination, the chief Minister and the Panchayati Raj Department also instructed the officers to send an aspiration at the level of reducing the ratio of 70 ratio 30 which was earlier 70.
Shri Dotasra also directed the officers to take action under the rule procedure regarding implementation of the teacher transfer policy in the state and to keep it in the cabinet. He also instructed the officials to work seriously for the implementation of the Education Department related points of the Chief Minister’s budget announcements and public manifesto.
Separate Cadre of Computer Teachers
In the meeting, Shri Dotasra also instructed the computer teachers to create a separate cadre. He reviewed the progress made so far in compliance with the budget decision taken by the Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot in this regard and said that the rules and regulations relating to creation of separate cadre of computer teachers should be expedited.
Promoted to enlightened didactic
The Education Minister also specifically discussed the promotion of didactic posts in the meeting. He said, speedy action will be taken to promote the enlightened post to senior didactic. He also instructed the officers in this regard.
Change in dress of state schools
In the meeting, Shri Dotara also instructed the officials to take prompt action on the change in the dress of students of government schools.
English medium schools to have effective monitoring
Reviewing the Mahatma Gandhi English medium schools, Shri Dotasra said that parents have shown special interest in these schools. He said that in the schools, quality education will be effectively monitored for the teaching of teachers teaching in the students. A month-wise report will be taken from the education authorities in this regard so that it becomes the best school in the country in quality teaching.
